Download firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Go to preferences.  Then click the advanced tab. Click network.  Then the settings button (It should say Configure how Firefox connects to the internet). Then click manual proxy and configure your proxy in the HTTP proxy box.  You need to now the Ip address of proxy servers and the port number.  A quick google search should do the trick.
