How to wash my football pads?

I need to know how to wash my football pants pads.. It has been rainy and really hot so they stink like really bad. If someone can tell me and easy way to wash them thatd be great.

just wash them in the washing maching. all they are is foam u cant hurt them. but its not really worth washing them just because they just get sweaty again. its football everything smells and is dirty

The next time you take a shower take them in with you. When I first start football I take a shower with my helmet and shoulder pads on to wash off other people's smell. I also put all my leg pads near where the water drains so all the soap you use to take a shower goes on the pads. You should get them pretty clean. Good luck this season!

Just fill a spray bottle with some soapy water and spray it on.  You don't want to use a lot of chemicals in case any were to irritate your skin.

i dont think ur supposed to wash those.... welll i've never washed mine at least
