Well I think that really depends on how much "work" your teeth need. If they are extremely crooked or you have a terrible overbite then they arnt going to work as well as normal metal/wire braces will. Ive heard from a lot of people that invisalign are mainly for people with teeth that are almost like they should be with minor tweaks that need to be made. Although, I could be wrong.

Hi there.  A lot of it depends on how complex your case is and your orthodontist/dentist.  Really take the time to find a good one who will give you all the facts.  One with plenty of Invisalign experience.  Mine is AWESOME.  I am a pretty complex case but my ortho is totally confident that Invisalign will work fine for me.  Plus a lot of it depends on how you keep up with your end of things...wearing the aligners for 20-22 hours a day or more, taking them out for every meal or snack and brushing and flossing before you put them back in, etc.  You have to be really dedicated to getting that beautiful smile. It's not a miracle cure but man it sure looks better than the traditional braces.  I'm very pleased with Invisalign. :) I could see improvements from the very first tray!
