How will my hair end up?

How will my hair end up if I try this?

After I wash my hair I put in a little gel or mousse,comb it really well and then put it in a tight bun and let it dry over night.Will my hair have beachy waves,spiral curls,loosen curls...?

P.S.And is it a good idea to curl it like this?

I don't think that would work. Most likely, your hair will just dry normally.

The gel will probably just dissolve, it may even make your hair look like it has dandruff in it.

Why don't you just curl it the normal way?

It will work if you have a natural wave pattern in your hair already. After you wash your hair let it air dry until most of the dampness is out. Use a mousse and work it from the end to the roots. Part your hair where you want it to be and then split your hair into two sections (like half up half down) if it long. twist your hair all the way to the tip then wrap into a bun. The tighter the twist and bun the tighter the curls. In the morning take out the buns and use a little leave in conditioner to calms down the waves. As time passes the waves will settle.
