I think you mean - Yahoo! 360 beta

It's a free social networking service for people ages 13 and up, along the vein of Facebook and MySpace. A blog is just one of its features. Also, it combines many Yahoo! services into one area (albeit not very successfully).  It stays dormant until you activate it. Check out an old press release that explains "What is Yahoo! 360?": http://docs.yahoo.com/docs/pr/release122... . Many people are using 360 now to find and meet new people.
