How would you feel if ...?

suppose you have a normal fit body. but your girlfriend looks at another man (shirt off) and drools over him. and then looks at you (thinking you haven't seen her) and makes a sad face. how would you feel?

I think she was just playing with you.  Have you been gawking at other women lately?  If so, she may be just paying you back.

I would feel a little bad but I would work on my body a little to get better in shape realizing that's what appeals to my husband or in your case wife.

How do you know she is not making a sad face because she knows you saw her? Or that maybe she is making a sad face because she looked at him (just like many men look at women) but only wants you? You don't know what goes on in her head. It sounds like you need to work on your own self esteem issues because it is YOUR mind that immediately jumps to her not being satisfied with your physique.

I guess it would suck,  Do the same thing to her with a women with a hot body.  Then the feeling will be mutual.

That sucks and perhaps can be encouragement to go to the gym work out and somewhat improve your body.

Having said that, what happened to you is no different than what thousands of guys every day do when they are with their woman and see a real hot check. Not only do they drool and stare, their tongue comes out and they start l*****g their eyelashes.

I think that she is because ungrateful. If she is looking for some on the magazine cover with muscles and oil. LOL, let her go and spend the rest of her life with the oily kid and realize looks don't last. In the end people want someone who can make them smile and feel loved and needed.

Make a comment like..I bet he has the hottest girlfriend or look at that girl he is with wow. or my favorite, I bet he can't even spell his name none the less yours
