2) Licenses for orgies

3) Legal public nudity

4) Widely available birth control

5) Taxes based on personal income

This would solve so many problems.

I would rule the world with an iron fist in a velvet glove. Global depopulation would be my first project.

Answer 3

No more immigration for 20 years. Lower all taxes to 2% across the board. Repeal all environmental laws. Lower the minimum wage. Raise voting age to 21. (That is for all government offices except mine.)
