How you describe your management philosphy?

Laissez faire.  I largely allow employees to do their jobs with little interference.  Most are creative, hard working and prefer me not to micro-manage.  As long as they meet deadlines, get the job done and come in on budget, I let them do it whatever way they find comfortable.
