How you tie the washing line?

I bought one of these posts http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/invt/022892... and was wonder how you tie the washing line around the top of the post as it has 2 metal bars

You should invest in a rotay washing line there so much better and you cen get loads more on, trust me we have three kids! Try this:

Couldn't get the picture, but if it's like mine, you just wind the excess line around in a figure of 8 and then tie off.
