After you play for 5 days you get a Chronos's timer and i don't know how to apply it to one of my horses?

Go to the black market, click on the Cronchos' timer and click purchase with (1) from my stock and you then get to pick the horse you use it on.

You go to the black market in your barn section and then click on that item...then you click on it...select to pay with the one you already have and then apply to selected horse.
