dont go to delhi in the summer time, its just nasty. delhi has a semi-arid climate with high variation between summer and winter temperature. summers are long, from early april till october, with the rainy season in between. extreme temperatures have ranged from −0.6 (10 January 1935) to 47 °C . Winter starts in November and peaks in January. then there is th monsoon the rainy season, the average annual rainfall is approximately 670 mm (27 inches), most of which falls during the monsoons, in july and august. traditionally, the monsoons are supposed to touch delhi by june 29 every year.

Very Hot! almost 110F. (During the months of March,June,July,August)

And Very Cold! Almost 30F (During September to January)

During February is a good weather, the best time to go to India is in January,March or February is the best weather that I can suggest you.
