Huge black pixel on my monitor?

I was clean my monitor with water and it seems some water went inside my monitor, the edges. Now it has huge black pixel on bottom right corner of my screen, can someone please help? thanks

  1. black pixel means its a dead pixel.. it cant be fixed

    green, red, purple pixels means a stuck pixel and can be fixed
