Hungover??

Question

what can i drink or do so i wont feel so sick i got pretty drunk last night and i feel like i have to puke i tried to but i can't so what can i do to get rid of this hungover atleast just to make me feel a little better?

first, don't mix the liquors that you are drinking. If you're drinking beer, stick with beer. Don't mix beer with shots, or mixed drinks. also, drink water while you're drinking. the major cause of hangovers is dehydration, and alcohol is a diuretic (makes you pee a lot), therefore you need to keep yourself hydrated with water. once you've left the bar for the night, take a few Motrin or aspirin (no Tylenol!) and drink a full glass of water. In the next morning, you shouldn't feel as crappy!

Actually, vomiting will help you feel better because you are getting rid of the excess alcohol in your stomach.....

Be careful of water if you are not wanting to vomit, because it will not mix well with the alcohol and can make you sick...... You may try eating some saltine crackers or bread to help absorb the alcohol or whatever sounds good to you.... but you need something on your stomach...............

me, I eat enchiladas and drink a dr. pepper.. it always makes me feel much better.. but that is me...

Future reference...... never drink on an empty stomach and drinking a glass of milk prior to drinking is always good because it coats the stomach and slows down the absorbtion rate of the alcohol...........   GOOD LUCK...........   :)

PS... I always take two extra strenght tylenol for the headache......

Hair of the dog that bit you.  Try a bloody mary or a 1/4 tsp of bitters.  Bitters taste nasty but will soothe the tummy. A red eye sometimes works as well.  1/2 beer (preferably lite) and 1/2 tomato juice.  Good luck.

As bad as it might sound, drink a beer. I know it sounds weird, but beer helps with hangovers.
