OK well i live in baton rouge. I want to know what me and my sister can do during the storm. Our power WILL go out so any ideas of what we can do to pass time

Go to a walk in closet where there are no windows put some candles have a weather radio with batteries and play some board games but make sure you have food with you as well in the walk in closet with no windows.

You good use a flash light to play cards, or a board game. You could play truth or dare, tell stories.  You could read using your flash light.  Tell jokes. or if you have an instrument you play that.

you can buy a battery running tv so maybe you can watch one or two shows in bad quality, and also watch the weather reports.

or you can by a dvd player and watch some of your favorate movies. stay in a safe room during the storm away from flooding and windows. this storm could be nothing, or bad. also have lots of flashlights and light up the room. take them off when not in use though. also have lots of fresh water.

board games are good too things like monopoly, and maybe even candy land.

also if you have school which you wont on monday or tuesday and probably not wedsday, but you can do some of your work so when the power does go on you dont have to do it.

I will do a crossword puzzle, listen to some music, color, write in my journal, sleep, or doodle on paper.
