You need to work on your spelling, that's for sure! Whoever marked your GCSE needs to go to Specsavers......when your spelling has improved, try writing pieces for magazines and submit them to the editors. Practise writing skills by sending letters in response to things you have read in various newspapers and/or magazines in the hope they may be shown on the letter  or 'Points of View' page. This is a nice way of getting your earlier efforts in print and havin the thrill of seeing your writing in 'black and white' for the first time ! Try keeping journals containing your own views on things happening in the news; keep a diary about events in your own life, write to friends and family who are far away; all these will develop your skills and reveal your writing style.   Even if you have no success as a journalist, you will enjoy it, and have something to leave behind for future generations to get their teeth into!
