Hybrids and smart cars?

i heard that smart cars give off harmful rays to people because it has a purely electric battery. is this true and what about hybrids?

I have not  heard about rays but I know smart cars are being sold shortly after they are bought. We have a lot of the Toyota Pirus here.   I hope that is spelled right. Also I know becasue we had a smart car come in to the garage they are h**l to work on.

i have heard a lot of things about the smart car and hybrids , but honestly have never heard that . in general i also have never heard that batteries give of any sort of radiation

smart cars are not electric, nor are they hybrid.  There are no "harmful rays" given off by car batteries.
