Hydraulic Camshaft with solid lifters

i bought a kit from CROW and it came with a ydraulic camshaft and solid lifters.. is this right.. what will it do?

  1. Are you sure they are solid lifters or just non-rollers.


  2. It won't work it will wipe the lobes  

  3. Send it back. Wrong lifters.

  4. Hydraulic vs solid lifters is your problem. Hydraulic lifters self adjust while solid you need to do the adjustment yourself. The cam will not know if you use solid or hydraulic lifters.
