Hydroponic Store In Winnipeg?

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any hydroponic stores in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. If not is there any stores where I can get grow lights such as High Pressure Sodium lights, Metal Halide lights, very powerful CFLs?

ALSO,

I have a light bulb socket and it says the following on it:

MAX TYPE A

60W

Than on the back it says:

650W 250V

So what is the max amount of watts and/or volts this socket can support. It would be plugged into an outlet (a plug) so I cant blow the breaker.
