Hypothetical babysitter question.?

alright so heres the question. Say if you hired a nanny, she offered 8 dollars an hour but you said you know what i'll pay you 10 an hour. So you get 10 dollars an hour. Your the nanny of their children you watch them make sure their safe and they are safe but the kids accidently get paint on a chair and you have to steam clean it who should have to pay for it the nanny or you? why?

  2. you, it's your house. not anyone fault's for it... kids are kids. they get dirty, get things dirty and it's a part of life.  

  3. You. the kids are safe. It could happen when u r at home too. It's your home and children get into stuff!

  4. I would say you. If you have a really good nanny that your kids like and is responsible and you trust her then do not risk loosing her over having to get your chair steamed because your kids got paint on it . Good Nanny's really arnt easy to come by and you dont want to keep switching them on your children. And asking her to pay for something like that could cause her to quit....personally id take offense to it. Shes in charge of your kids safety and if she is doing it well then a little paint on a chair isn't worth loosing her over. I would definitely say something to her though.
