  1. try to think nothing like that will ever happen to you and sing a stupid little song like bingo when you  get scared

  2. Well try watching TV from bed to put you to sleep and take your mind off it. You can also try seeing your doctor and maybe they can put you on a sleeping medication to help you relax at night.

  3. How old are you? Can you talk to your parents about it? What is it that makes you feel so unsafe? Have you seen it happen, or are you watching scary movies, or the news, or is your neighborhood bad? When I was younger, I always thought my house was going to burn down at night when I was sleeping, there was no logical reason for my fear but it only went away when I moved. Is moving an option? If you are a kid I would go get one of those room alarms for kids or a nightlight so you can see in the dark. Maybe you can talk your parents into a security system so you feel safer?

  4. go get medication. i really suggest you consider doing it with the close observation of folks like those conducting research, cuz they closely watch you. not juast prescribe and send ya home. and if your gonna be crazed you might as well be payed for it.

  5. Are you by any chance watching things on TV that may be contributing to your excessive fear of bad people. If that's the case do not watch scary things on TV. and you wont dwell on it anymore.

  6. get Nite-Eze............ its an herbal sleeping supplement.  It helps to relax your mind and have a restless sleep (for example I suffer anxiety therefore I can't sleep and I swear by these!!!)

Just go to a health food store they will have them there!

    Good luck

  7. ANXIETY DISORDER GO SEE A DR
