I'm afraid to drive!?

So I'm 20 and I've never been in a serious crash, but I am afraid of crashing whenever I have to take a car trip (when I or other people are driving), just because of the statistics. How do I overcome this fear, which is starting to impair my social life????

I have the same exact problem...cars are evil things that kill ppl...STICK WITH THE BIKE!!!!!!!!! ITS BETTER FOR THE ENVIROMENT!!!!!!!!! ur social life is like awesome wen ur a tree-hugger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
