Question:

I'm having trouble sleeping...?

Whenever I go to bed, well, I just can't. For some reason, I'm not tired at all. Well, actually I am, but my brain's not. It keeps on thinking, no matter what, all through the night. Even when I actually do fall asleep (which is about after an hour or two since I got into bed), I keep dreaming in full-color dreams. Can someone give me some ways to fall asleep faster, or tell me why this is happening? Thanks!

  1. that happens to me and i end up going to sleep at 11 in the morning the next day! what helped me was i just didnt go to bed all night, and all day the next day and just took a nap for an hour and then went to bed at like midnight. my sleeping schedule got on track real good after that. but if youre not used to staying up all night dont try it because youll fall asleep in the morning and sleep all day like me. its the best to do if youre busy the next day so you dont get bored or tired, like go to the mall or someplace

  2. When I get like that, I drink some cammomile tea without sugar. It puts me right to sleep.

  3. Sleeping problems are quite common when you are under stress or worried about something. If this is the case then it sounds like you might have a lot on your mind, and you just cant stop thinking even when its time to sleep! Try to relax and spend more time winding down and getting your head clear before you go to bed.

Perhaps reading before you sleep will help distract you from your thoughts before you sleep.

  4. Same as me..

Someone told me u can drink a glass of milk before u go to bed can help u sleep better...

Perhaps u just think too much or stress yourself too much..

    Relax and close ur eyes..

    i hope my advice helps..

    take care mates

  5. scent your pillow lavender and listen to music which makes you sleep.

that does the trick for me

  6. From personal experience, I have found if I burn enough energy in the day then I don't have trouble falling asleep, no matter how much I have to think about. Maybe try going for a run or doing something physically strenuous that will burn your energy so that when you are going to sleep, you're too tired to think.
