So I'm curious to know what handball is...

Can anybody tell me?...

it is a very fun sport but you have to like balls well you hit a bouncey ball againts a wall and it is not aloud to touch the floor 3 times only 2 times each time you hit the ball.

Its kinda like dodge ball, soccer, and basketball.  you can throw the ball into a goal or kick it into a goal.  When you catch the ball you can dribble like in basketball and when you go and shoot it you can be inside a certain line. I play it school on the Basketball court so the line is the three point line

its a sport when you hit the ball against a wall and the other person has to hit the ball. the ball has to bounce once you hit it and it cant bounce more than once.......unless you make your own rules

2 Types of handball. 1st type was invented in Ireland and is similar to racquetball except there's no rackets. 2 players on a court hit a ball with their hand (wear glove) off a wall.

Team Handball is the Olympic sport (1972 MEN/ 1976 WOMEN) played indoors involving 2 teams 7X7. Players pass, catch, throw, and dribble a small ball with their hands while trying to score goals. The team with the most goals wins the game. The game consists of 2 30 minute half's with a 10 minute half time.

Team handball originated in Germany, Denmark, and Sweden.
