  1. Call your docter to schedule a appointment sooner. She/he will recommend the best product to use for you foot.

  2. Put powder on your foot and shoes

  3. see your doctor....ewwwwww!!

  4. If it's a surface fungus use an antifungal medication. I recommend Lamisil cream. Apply it to all your toes. It will clear up in a short period of time. If the fungus is UNDER YOUR TOENAIL, you will need to take medication internally.

Only a doctor can prescribe this. Lamisil  in a tablet form is commonly given. The fungus must grow out with new toenail growth which will obviously take a long time, perhaps three to six months.

Your doctor may send you to a dermatologist (perhaps one who specializes in nails).

  5. Essential oils that are excellent for fungus type infections are tea tree, clary sage & lavender.  Tea tree being the best.  i would soak the feet for at least 10 minutes at the time with about 6 drops of either of these oils or a combination of them coupled with a capful of cider vinegar.

If the fungus is localised to the nail, you can purchase a product from the pharmacy that you paint onto your nail, ask the chemist for advice.

  6. Bathe your feet in a dish of warm water with 10 drops of tea tree oil. Dry them completely and use either a tinea spray or cream all over the toes (even in the areas that are not itchy). Remember to go all around the toes. There are also tinea powders you can use. Either try to wear no shoes,or leather shoes or make sure there is room for your feet to breathe. Open shoes are best. Make sure your shoes are sprayed with tinea spray since fungus can be growing inside the shoes. Joggers/running shoes are the worst for this because they can make our feet sweat. Wash hands immediately to stop transfer of fungus anywhere else and socks, towels and bedsheets should be washed in hot water with a anti fungal wash liquid. Or add 10 drops to your washing machine water. Rub tea tree oil mixed with a carrier oil like sweet almond or jojoba into your feet during the day. Do the bathing in teat tree twice morning and night or even an extra one in the middle of the day if you can. Continue this even after the itching stops since the fungus can stay there for a while even after symptons have gone. Good luck!

  7. use tinactin foot spray....it will get rid of the fungus in a few days if you use it daily twice a day

  8. Find a container that you can comfortably fit your foot in.  Fill it with warm water and add about 6 to 8 drops of Lemongrass pure essential oil in it.  Soak for ten minutes and then dry foot thoroughly.  Do two or three times a day until healed.   Let your feet breathe by not wearing shoes, will help with the healing process.   Good Luck!!!
