I Have Bell End Problems?

I Get Like A Crusty Yellow Solution over my bell end overnight and doesnt matter how much i wash it..it just comes back..and the smell is horrible..can anybody help? should i go to the doctor?

I too would speak to a doctor about it. Could you be having a reaction to the soap you use? Is it urine residue? By any chance are you masturbating before you go to sleep and cleaning up enough? I think it's more the urinary issue. Speak with your family doctor or a urologist.

See a doctor and get it solved, if washing it doesn't help then you'll need a certain medicine to get rid of it.
