I was on myspace and i was leaving a anomyous message to my friend and it says she blocked me, A Couple of weeks ago she was threatned on the truth box and i was just wondering how would she know whos threating her and why would she block me, Is there any way that you can find out who wrote in the truth box Cause she gets threats alot

no. but you can only tell if it's a girl or boy. maybe e-mail the application creator and tell them it's for an emergency b/c u've received threats. I don't think they will tell you the name... but they should. deleting the application would be the 1st step....
