I Need Help! [[GIMP 2.0]

Question

I have GIMP 2.0 downloaded on my computer. I download new brushes from deviantart.com.

My problem is that I can't get them INTO the brushes part when I go to make images. [Yes, I save them to the brushes folder.]

So can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to get them in there?
