I Need Help Uninstalling Vista Inspirat?

I already un-install the whole program but the problem is that it still in my properties on theappearancee section. How do I removed it. I know how to un-install "you go to control panel and add or removed program". it totally gone but it still in properties on the appearance section. i need to removed it from there but i don't know how. HELP
