Babysitting or dogwalking is probably your best bet. Illegal Aliens have all the other small jobs (mowing, raking, shovelling, etc.) covered.

Houskeeping. Baby sitting. Tell your neighbors to leave their dishes in the sink. When you come home from work they will be ready for dinner.

There are many, many ways for someone you age to make a few bucks.  If you have younger siblings or are good with children, you can babysit.  Parents are ALWAYS looking for young adults to babysit their children every once in a while (some on a fairly regular basis).  You can also go to your local newspaper building and ask about being a paper deliverer.  You don't work for more than an hour a day usually, and its a decent amount of cash.  If you live in the Midwest, you can detassel corn.  Its hard work, and the hours are long, but you will most likely make minimum wage.  If you are motivated and hard working, detasseling is a great job that will prep you for a real job when you are older.  You could also mow lawns.  Go around to people in your neighborhood and see if they would like you to cut their grass.  You are usually paid a flat fee.  I cut grass for 6 years as a teenager and made $140 a week to cut 7 yards and it only took me about 10 hours a week, which is $14/hour.  If you are smart or a good teacher, you can tutor kids in your class or younger children as well.  Hopefully you find something that works for you!
