I Need To Loose Weight !?

Help ! I'm 10st and that is over weight for my age. I need a good diet or something that allows me to loose weight, Any suggestions?

  1. Stop bending your elbow so much and push yourself away from the table before you get full. Find yourself a boy you can chase across the countryside for exercise, make sure he can run long distances. Just kidding. Eat a well balanced diet and try to get a lot more exercise, dear.

    Good Luke and treat yourself with a great diet and exercise so the boys will chase you instead. LOL :}  


  2. Do exercise at least 3 times a day total 45 minute means 15 minute three times a day which will include sit ups, skipping thats it.

    Avoid all fried snacks, fatty food, such as butter toast, chips, burgers etc.

    Avoid those liquid food which has the sugar, you may take artificially sweetened drinks.

    Eat fruits and vegetables.

    Avoid fatty part of beef, chicken, fish & meet. better it should be boiled but if possible avoid it for 2 month.

    Don't eat too much in one time. divide your diet into small portions and eat several time in a day instead of eating the same in one time.

    chew your food properly.

    Do all this regularly. if you will follow all above sincerely you will see the effect within 10 days.  

  3. It cant be overweight for your AGE.

    Really it depends what height you are.

    and just stay off the junk food and sugary snacks, eat more fruit and veg, 8 glasses of water a day. Do exercise 3-4 times a week about 30-40 mins each time.

  4. well heres some suggestions

    1 Excersise (Run swim bike) just get ACTIVE

    2 Eating healthy foods is key( fruits and vegtables are very good for your body)

    3 once you start don't stop keep going till you get to where you want to be

    it also helps if you do it with someone like a friend to help keep you in check and you the same to her  

  5. Next time put how much you weigh. If your that fat dont even ask.

  6. What is your BMI? this is more reliable than weight, you will be able to find some good sites online that will help you work it out.

  7. ok i know not eating as much as you normally do is hard! i tried that when i was bigger but i just couldnt help it i got so hungry so i started drinking K2o and it worked for me!
