    worry about that stuff when you get older.

    but if you wanna lose weight start exercising and eat more healthy, plenty of fruit and vegies.


  2. sweetie, your weight does not matter AT ALL.

    how you look matters. you are not overweight. and if you feel like you want to be more healthy, just eat healthier...exercise more...the usual.

    bottom line is, you dont need to loose weight.

  5. Well im 5'9 and weight 110 and im under weight cause im supposed to be 125-130 so you need to lose 10 but15 at the most verrrry most!

  6. that depends, some girls can have ur same height and weight and already be thin, it can differ from ur overall muscle mass, and bone structure......dont worry so much, ur not even overweight, just be confident and be urself and nothing will slow u down.

  7. it depends on your constitution. i don't know how much you should lose. just eat healthy and do some sports. swimming, for instance, is very good, it exercises all your muscles and makes for a harmonious development. or any other sport you like or can practice.

    i was such a skinny kid and then at like 4th grade i gained weight and kept gaining, at age 13 i was 5'1" and 150, at age 15 i was 168 and only 5'2" soon after that i decided the suffering of feeling awful about my body wasn't worth it.

    and the rash diets didn't work

    the short periods of trying to lose weight did nothing

    so then i began to realize what i needed was a lifestyle change!

    a big commitment at first but well worth it, along with losing weight i became a happier person and had more energy and a better spirit.

    here is what i did, ate healthy and exercise, its that simple it just takes motivation. eat only when you are hungry and try to make smart decisions, you know what is good food for you and you can read the label! exercise in the morning,it speeds up your metabolism for the whole day. and you burn calories faster. after a few weeks the pounds will come off easy! and you will be able to keep them off forever!
