I want a tenant at Sahakaranagar In Bangalore city. How do I get one without contacting any brokers.

If you are scared of brokers, put a "To-Let" board outside your said premises with your contact number on it.

Give ad in local dailies particularly at weekend.

Infosys in your city is maintaining a list of propective "To-let" properties, have yours' registered there.

Ask your known, friends and neighbours if they come across anyone seeking for rented accommodation, they can guide him/her to you.

What's wrong with brokers? They have to make a living too. Some of the time a broker can get you more for your money. They are educated in this field know the market. You may try running an ad in the Bangalore newspaper.

Try websites like 1.IndiaProperty.com, 2.classifieds.sulekha.com, 3.persquareyard.com, 4.99acres.com.  I had a good response from sites named 1&2.
