so im in highschoool, and i always haveee reallyy bad gas pains ! i always hold it in then by the end of the dayy it hurts SO FREAKING BADD ! what can i doo ? no freakinngg gas-, tthankss [:. i cant go to the bathroom to do itt because theres peopleee in there! is there anytthing i can doo ? go anywhere to let it outtt ? stop from getting gas pains ? thank you, PLEASEEE donttt be ruddeee [:
