i know we are both under age and all but could he still get in tuble for having s*x with me by the law?

doubtful since you are close in age - but you should file for child support as soon as the baby is born - (since you probably won;t be living together until you're both out of school)  so it is registered with the state and in case you two sp;lit up in the next 18 yes, any job he gets will still garnish his wages for support money
