I am a Recruitment Consultant?

Question

I am a recruitment consultant from SA and i would like to recruite for companies in the USA, England, NZ and Aus. I specialise in Civil and Building And Engineering. Can someone please help me in regards to getting my name out there or getting into companies to do recruitment for them as i have a database full of candidates willing to relocate internationally.....Help
