i ave bought a new laptop with came with msn download. unfortunatly when downloading it only get to 99% and just stops there. the longest i have tried it ofr is 19 hours. over the last week i have have spent 20 odd hours trying. can you help. i have heard on the grapevine that i am not the only one with this problem
