I bought a kenneth cole reaction watch kc1292 A126-06 Solid Stainless Steel, (Digital Watch)(with a fat watch black leather bracelet) from Las Vegas JUly 26, 2008 and said carries a lifetime warranty. My concern is how to operate and adjust time. It seems the crown can't be pulled out. Can someone help me pls.
