I cannot run my Lightscribe

I cannot run my Lightscribe DVD/RRw it reports the following problem HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-H30L ATA Driver problem code 37.I can't find an update manually or automatic. It just sits in Device Manager with the exclamation mark??It also does not read any media?
