I can't access loaded DVO

Question

I can't access loaded DVO Cook'n Suite 3 in 1 files, from my 3 1/2" floppy disks. I originaly had this loaded in my wINDOWS ME TOWER UNTIL IT BECAME OBSOLETE.I had to get a new Windows XP Professional machine to replace my Old Windows XP Professional one. In addition I had to buy a plug in 3 1/2 floppy drive in order to move the files to my NEW XP Professional "C" drive.My wife has just at 100 recipes on a floppy that I better retrive or else I'm in for it. Can you help me do this please?
