I could not get my

Question

I could not get my floppy disk out and the paper sticky that describes what is on the disk got stuck. I had to get it out with a tweezer. The spring load would not push it out. NOW, I cannot put my floppy disk back in. It stops at a certain point and I do not want to push it. I have a Sony MVCFD81 and I love this camera. I need it fixed. How much and how long does it take?Thank you,Sharon A. Miller
