I don't get track phones. . .?

ive always wondered this how do track phones work? like with the cards and everything. do you get a bill or no?

you have minutes and every time you text or call it takes off some minutes im not sure how much though. It depends on different trac phones and no you dont have a bill. if you want to get ringtones from internet it doesnt cost money it just takes off minutes instead. If you run out of minutes you can go to wal mart and buy more but it has to be for trac fone
