yesterday at around 6pm my account got hacked i got it back this morning and changed the password i tried to go on it just now and it would not let me log in, both the passwords were really hard composed of letters and numbers, i just don't understand what is going on..

Scan your computer for any viruses.

You may have a key logger virus. Your account may have gotten hacked because of that virus. And until you get rid of the virus no matter how many times you change your password it will still get hacked.

Contact Jagex to let them know what is going on.

BUT before you do a stolen password recovery, scan your computer for all viruses. Do a full system scan
