I download a bad music file?

I downloaded a bad music file and when I try to delete it, it says "being used by another program" I've restart my computer so nothing is running and tried to delete it again and it still won't leave. Any Ideas?? Thanks.

This happens a lot on limewire and file sharing sites it say it is being used by another program because it is being uploaded because thats the way file sharing programs work they trick you into uploading files to stop it look under options to delete the file you are trying to delete unhook your computer from the internet then delete it.

You said you tried to delete the file, but it didn't work, then you tried restarting your computer, you said nothing is running, I think that file you downloaded could be a virus, since you said nothing is running...

I suggest you have your computer scanned for viruses...
