I feel so crazy.. read on.

i have eaten so much today!! its crazy.. maybe my period. =P

but anways, whats something to eat?

its 8:55.

i had soup, chicken, salad, cooked vegis, tomato and cucumber sandwhich, cereal, cupcake, milk after milk, probably more.

so whats something to fill me?

  4. Well, it looks like most of what you have eaten has been carbs. I would maybe try more protein. Do you have any peanut butter? Try a tablespoon or two of pb and slices of apple. That usually does it for me.

    Also, drink a few glasses of water over the next 30 minutes.

  5. Sometimes it just happens! There's also days when you don't eat much and seem stuffed. Something pasta, even if it's just spaghetti or noodles with butter. Let it put you to sleep and tomorrow you should be opposite.  

  6. maybe you are pregnant.

  9. Milk usually does it for me. If I drink a really big glass really fast, BAM! I'm full. I know you already had some milk.. try some more?? Sandwiches never fill me up..
