I forgot my computer password?

Question

I found my old computer so i was going to use it for music.

But i cant remember my username or password.

so I need to know how to reset the password or delete it, so I can log on

the computer is a hp soyo or somthing like that, and it has windows 2000

boot up and hit f8 and select safe mode and log in as administrator with no password.. reset your password and have fun
