no get a punch 500.1 from rockford...its exactly what u need and the amp and sub brands match yay..enjoy

no it will not work, you need a D class amp, Two channel 2 ohm stable around 500rms to push it fairly well. 700rms would be ideal altough you could damage it if pushed to the limit.

check out www.crutchfield.com for a good cheap amp.
