I had "No Service" for the signal, when I spoke with AT&T iPhone service he suggested to go and get a new Sim card. When I bought the Sim card they also installed it. That did not work, so I now went to iTunes and hit the restore button. I have no idea if I have service or anything, because when the phone asked me for my Sim Pin I assumed it was my old pin. Now it says I need a PUK number and I have no clue what to put in. Please help quick as my cell phone is my business.
