I had this friend for 8 years. I recently told her i didnt want to be friends because she dissed me several times. She talked c**p about me and i finally just got sick of it. I told her nicely how i felt and she flipped. Now she talks c**p about me and today we had orientation at our high school. I ran into her. Well she was walking right behind me. As i was walking into the building I saw in the glass that she was flicking me off. I never talk c**p about her. I have been very mature about our "falling out". Which she hasnt. She posts bulletins on myspace calling me a "dumb *****" and all that. How should i handle this situation. I keep trying to ignore her but it's really starting to get to me. What would be a good way to handle this situation.

  1. Just keep ignoring her as you have been.  She is not as mature as you are so you cannot expect too much from her since she was the type of person to diss a friend.  That is not a friend and you don't need this kind of person in your life.  Just give it time and with your mature behavior and continuing to ignore her it should go away in time.  Good for you to rise above it all!  You will be glad you did and it will only help you in your future.

  2. WOW!!! Holy c**p! I can totally relate to you on this one!!! This girl is being a rude immature little brat. She is trying to get a rise out of you, and trying to make you feel bad. She is just mad and jealous that you didnt want to be friends with her and this is her way of showing it. It is so immature, and something that you will get a lot of in high school. That sad thing is Im 20, and I still deal with it. The funny thing is that the girl that causes me the drama is 18 and dropped out her freshman year, so she is still stuck in that mentalitity! Im really trying to get rid of her too, and she flips out even if I am honest to her about something, and she is the one who wants me to be honest. People like this make no sense to me AT ALL!

But, you sound very mature, and like you are a much better person. In the long run people will realize this!

  3. Just ignore her.

    Typical junior high/highschool stuff :P

  4. Keep handling it the way you are.

You obviously have more class then her.
