Probably not. Norton though is the worst to have for virus protection (lowest detection rate of all forms of protection) and so is AVG. See my Virus protection article for the latest and greatest free virus protection with the highest detection rates:

No.  They are two separate programs.

Why do you want both?  With common sense, Norton AV 2008 should be sufficient.  Also, I do not like to download.  I prefer to buy and get the CD in case of the need to reinstall.

No you will not have the same license key. Norton is a joke anyway and an expensive one at that. There are some free anti virus software on the internet which will run circles around Norton in terms of performance although they are often stand alone you can find yourself independant software for firewalls and anti spyware. I recommend AVG and Avast both of these software are free and perform quite well and its better then shelling any more money out on overrated software.
