i have a 5 month old acer laptop that came with a dvd rw doudle layer disc burner.... this is what it says when i find discription in the computer.... 6.0.6000.16386 version driver# signed by micro windows don't know if that means anything pioneer dvd-rw dvr-k17rs ata device error 30 .... uninstalled the driver rebooted and vista recognizes the hardware tries to down load ... sayes cant.... what do i do?
